Welcome to our little corner of the interwebs! We're a mobile bar service in Devon, and we've got something pretty special to show you.
We're not your average bartenders - we've got a converted vintage caravan that we've turned into the ultimate drinks bar.
Our little caravan is decked out with everything you need for a good time, from cold beers and refreshing ciders on tap, to fancy cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
With a focus on using locally sourced and organic ingredients, we offer a wide range of drinks to suit every taste bud. From craft beers to fine wines, signature cocktails to classic favorites, our menus are sure to meet your specific needs.
Hire Options
Our booking process involves a hassle-free fixed fee of £250 that is payable upfront to reserve your desired date. This fee covers four hours of service. Any additional hour can be added for £40.
There is no minimum bar spend!
Following that, we offer two straightforward setup options to make your experience seamless:

Your guests pay for their own drinks.

Free Bar
You can set a limit/tab to the bar. This is due before the event. Once the limit is reached, it will revert back to pay as you go.
FAQs
DO I NEED A LICENSE?
We've got you covered. We'll take care of all the necessary paperwork, including the temporary event notice for booze sales. And guess what? It's all included in the booking fee! So, sit back, relax, and let us handle the boring stuff while you focus on your big event!
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU CATER FOR?
We can easily cater up to 200 guests without breaking a sweat.
HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Hey, we know what you're thinking - how much is this gonna cost me? Don't worry, we've got you covered with our low, straightforward hire fee of £250. That includes at least two awesome staff members for your event, setup and takedown of your chosen bar, public and product liability insurance, any pesky licensing fees.
Now, like any good party, we've got a few ground rules. No other alcohol can be provided while our bar is open (except for those wedding welcome drinks, of course!). We operate under Challenge 25, and we reserve the right to stop serving if our staff are getting any lip.
Oh, and one more thing - there's no minimum spend required. So, let's get this party started and make some unforgettable memories!
WHAT DRINKS DO WE SERVE?
We're serving up cold, refreshing lager and cider on draught, plus a whole bunch of other boozy and non-boozy drinks to keep you hydrated.
Now, here's where things get interesting - we've got some seasonal cocktail menus that are sure to knock your socks off. Or, if you're feeling fancy, we can work with you to create your very own bespoke drink menu.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING?
Hey there party people, ready to book our wild and wonderful mobile bar for your big event? Here's what you need to do:
Step 1: Click that shiny button below or drop us an email at hello@wildbluebar.co.uk. Let us know the deets of your event, like the date, location, and how many thirsty guests you're expecting.
Step 2: Sit tight and keep an eye on your inbox - we'll be in touch within a few working days to chat more about your event and any special requests you might have. We'll also walk you through the booking process and how to secure your event date with us. And if you're interested, we can even arrange a free taste testing of our drinks for wedding drink package bookings. Yum!
Step 3: As your big day approaches, we'll reach out again to confirm all the details, like access and any personalized drink requests you may have. And don't worry - we'll take care of any licenses required, at least 10 working days in advance.
Step 4: The big day has arrived! We'll be there bright and early to set up and get those drinks flowing. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the party - we'll take care of the rest!
